The server is operated solely out of interest in the game and to preserve its playability. The service is non-commercial and does not guarantee permanent availability.

YO-KAI WATCH, Wibble Wobble, its characters, names, graphics, music, trademarks, and other original content belong to their respective rights holders. The fan server team does not claim ownership or copyright over them. Independently created server components and community content remain unaffected.

The service is free to use. No donations, membership fees, real-money purchases, or payments for virtual items are accepted. Virtual currency, accounts, and game items have no real monetary value and may not be sold or traded for money.

Anyone requesting money in the name of this fan server is not part of the fan server team's official service and should be reported to support.

Users are responsible for keeping login information and Player Codes secure. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or shared for prohibited purposes. There is no entitlement to a particular account name, save file, or restoration of lost data.

The following activities are prohibited:

• attacking the server, website, database, or other users;
• exploiting, distributing, or concealing bugs for personal advantage;
• manipulating requests, save data, rankings, or virtual items;
• automated abuse, bots, spam, or bypassing technical safeguards;
• harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, or publishing another person's private information;
• selling or trading accounts, in-game currency, items, or services for real money.

In response to rule violations or specific security risks, the operator team may remove content, correct save data, restrict features, or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts. Information required to address serious attacks or legal violations may be provided to the responsible authorities.

The server is operated voluntarily and without any guarantee of availability. Maintenance, errors, data loss, changes, resets, or the complete shutdown of the service may occur at any time. Features, events, rewards, and save data may be adjusted to fix errors or protect game operations.

You use the service at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for temporary unavailability, lost save data, incorrect displays, or other losses resulting from use of the free service. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and any other mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
